Hi there,
I have set up several cameras I can watch them live or see the history through Home app on both android and apple.
However, when I log in to home.nest.com (the only way I can see to save footage and share) there is nothing to see. It's like I haven't got a home setup at all. I'm logging in with the same Google account - how come it is blank?
Thanks for your help
Tom

If your cameras are one of the new Google Nest cameras introduced starting in the fall of 2021, you have probably discovered--as we did to our surprise when we bought a new Google Nest Camera (Battery) in Sept. 2021--that, even though they are Google Nest cameras, they do NOT appear on the home.nest.com web page or in the Google Nest app, but ONLY in the Google Home app.
Google Nest's VP posted the following post in Sept. 2021 trying to justify this approach; there are lots of customer comments there: https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Blog/Message-from-our-GM-Updates-for-our-Nest-customers/ba-p/...

Hey tomcarpy,
Appreciate the help, MplsCustomer. You can only use the Google Home app to access your Nest devices. Our team is working hard to deliver the best experience for our users — we'll take this as feedback.
Check out this link on how to file feedback.
Thanks,
Archie
