The title says it all, really. My iPhone (iOS 16.1) suddenly can’t log into the Nest thermostat. Nor can I log in to my Nest home account on the website. I’ve asked for a password reset email but nothing has arrived. I’ve been using this account with the app for seven years and it suddenly won’t connect.
What to do?

Hey sjdigital,
I wanted to check in real fast to see if you were still having this problem. There was a hiccup a while back on iOS with logins and Nest, but it has been fixed. If you're still seeing problems, please let me know and I'll be happy to help you out.

Thanks, Jeff. I gave up trying to get it to work and ended up doing a factory reset on the Nest and starting over. All good now.
