This just started to happen to me yesterday. When i log in to my Nest App on my iPhone it keeps kicking me out every time I log in with Google. I even tried to reset my password and it never sent me the link to reset my p[password. I can log in with my desktop computer with no issues. Anyone else having the same issue?
Same here. Have tried everything I could think of to fix it. Deleted, downloaded, updated, removed and added me from/to family account. My husband has no issues. Can sign in online but can’t see history.
I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. What is the make and model of your iOS device? What is the iOS version? Also, confirm that the Nest app has permissions to use the phone's location. Keep us posted.
