Hi Rick, This is a user forum and I'm an end user like you. I have had the 24/7 recording for years and love it.
I have not activated it in a while but I think there are (2) ways you can do it.
#1 In the app on your phone/table you will go into either the NEST APP (previous gen cameras) or the GOOGLE HOME app (for gen 2 cams purchased after September 2021) and click on the Settings GEAR icon. In the list look for NEST AWARE or SUBSCRIPTION and follow the instrucitons.
#2 go to this link and follow the instructions:
