Can't create nest network

I am trying to install the nest doorbell with the Google home 

Then it asked me if I have other devices installed 

I press no and I get message need to set up new nest network but it doesn't give me a way to continue

Hello,  I'm an end user like you.   I'm not sure why that is happened.  But here are two things I can think of that might help:

#1 Here is a youtube video of someone that walk thru the setup process.  Make sure you are doing like this guy.

#2 Since this is just a user forum you will probably want to open an official support ticket to get a Google Tech to help you.  Here is the link:
