Hello. Ever since updating, my 24/7 streaming doesn’t record all the time. It will say no even history and be blacked out as if my camera lost connection. I have a first gen nest hello doorbell.

We have 3 Google Nest Hello Doorbells and have not noticed any issues. What do you mean by "Ever since updating"?

I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you. Let me help you out. Just a few questions: what is the LED light on the Nest Doorbell? Do you have an active Nest Aware Plus subscription? Have you tried restarting your Nest Hello Doorbell? Check out this link on how to Restart or factory reset a Nest camera or doorbell.

I figured it out. The new aware subscription didn’t support that so I had to upgrade to the pro
