Activity zones on nest door bell not showing despite subscription

Hi All,

The activities zones on my nest app have disappeared and I can't add any others, it's greyed out. I have video recording on and a subscription. 

Does anyone know why?

Is your Nest Aware subscription on the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your doorbell? You can see the Google Nest "home/structure" for your subscription by going to this subscription page: https://store.google.com/subscriptions?hl=en-US and clicking on your subscription. Or you can go to Settings | Nest Aware in the Google Nest app and see if your subscription shows there.

You can also try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
