Activity zones set up

I've just installed nest hello. I've subscribed to the 30 day free trial for nest aware. I've set up all the correct notifications. My camera is detecting motion, it's in the history, but it's not notifying me.  I'm receiving doorbell notifications. I've tried to set up activity zones in case that's the issue but, even though I have an e mail welcoming me to nest aware,it tells me I'm not subscribed. Help please.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. Make sure that the push notification is enabled. In case you're using the Google Home app, go to Settings> Notifications> Toggle on the Push notifications. On the Nest app, go to settings> Notifications> select your Nest Hello> select Push Notification under Notification type. You may also select Always under the When to send so that you'll be notified when there's an event. To check your active Nest Aware subscription, in the Google Home app, go to settings> subscriptions. In the Nest app, go to settings> Nest Aware.
