All cameras offline

In the middle of the night Thursday morning all cameras went offline (2 battery doorbells and 1 outdoor plugged in camera). They've all worked fine for 7 months. Everything else still connected (including Google nest minis, home speaker, Chromecast etc...). Tech had me remove them from the app and factory reset. Now they won't connect to the app. Anyone else having issues today? Was there an update rolled out?

Yes - I have 4 nestcams 3 indoor in the same google home and 1 battery nestcam I have been trying to connect to the same google home (under my 60 day nest aware subscription which I pay monthly) as the 3 indoor (since Nov 2021 off and on but to no avail)

Since 18 June 2022, two of the three indoor cams went offline, I have been on a phone with a person I could not understand and she could not understand me either and then she hung up after a few minutes, since then that report has next to it that Google are looking into the matter - with how long they have been doing so - and at a time when I had these cams specifically so I could keep tabs on my furbaby who was very sick and actually died on the 22 June 2022.

Thinking that I might be able to go over the 2 month video footage - to my disgust at least 6 to 8 weekes of videos had been blackened still with times and dates but stating that my camera was offline and then after the report they totally disappeared, when I tried to open my nest aware subscription the only option given was to open a new one by paying.

It seems that during my depression with my dog's death I did not have money in my account and then I paid it a day too late and the videos were taken and subscription was ended.

I cannot get the indoor cams back online either and I have factory reset the two indoor and the battery cam.

Also I have other google products set up in other homes working fine.

Whats so wierd is one cam bought the same day, connected the same day etc etc is working fine!!!!

And Google I don't care about your dumb conversation badges, however some proper support or better still products without the same ongoing issue would be great!

Just glad Google does no evil, imagine if they did...

One of my cameras just randomly went offline about two weeks ago, then last night the modem was kicked off, which took everything else with it. (Doorbell, two more cameras and the kitchen hub.) Once my modem came back online I eventually got the kitchen hub back on, but nothing else.

Hey folks,

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. How far is the camera from the router? Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera? Also, for cameras with status light turned off, have you tried to move the camera to a different power outlet? Keep us posted.

Thanks,

Archie
