Are you able to angle/change the direction the camera on the floodlight?

I haven't been able to confirm if you can aim the direction the camera on the floodlight mount. Is it possible to angle the camera to make it face left and/or right? Does it only aim straight/down relative?

The camera mounts on a curved magnetic plate and can be swiveled around.
