Back plate

I moved and don't have a back plate and camera won't work. Chat with Google nest no help. Anyone have solutions?

Is this the newer Doorbell (Battery) camera you are talking about?   If so then in the app you can turn off the setting that requires the back plate and you should be good to go (except for figuring out how to mount it of course).  I believe you go into the app, select the camera, selection the settings (Gear) and then there is an option I think under DEVICE INFORMATION in their for "MOUNT".   Change it to "OTHER".

After that do a search on ebay for "Nest Doorbell Battery Backplate" and see what comes up.
