I've been having this issue for some time now, nest (google) don't seem to be able to help anyone.
Only on Samsung phones, when a visitor presses the doorbell, the two way audio activates, the visitor can hear themselves echoing, and sometimes the larson effect (feedback).
this only happens on the Samsung phones.
Customer is ready to bin the nest and go to ring.
