Facial recognition recognizing same person as different people

So, we just moved.  I had a Nest doorbell at our last house.  (We left it.)  But, it didn't have this problem.  The nest wired doorbell we have now, it's showing me faces it recognizes.  But, it's not combining the faces.  My daughters have picture after picture where I keep labeling them.  I thought it used to prefill the name as you typed it and then it combined two pictures into one facial recognition.  It doesn't seem to be learning at all. 

 

(I was assuming since I'm using the same Google account, all the facial recognitions would've transferred to the new doorbell.)

Hey there,

 

I am terribly sorry to hear that you're having this issue! I would love to assist you with this issue. If you are having issues with your Nest Cam or Nest Doorbell, I would suggest that you first start by restarting it. 

 

Restart: Keeps all your settings, and it should reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever becomes frozen, has trouble reconnecting to the internet, or isn't working normally.

I have restarted them.  Both my nest camera and doorbell are having the same issue.

Below is an example.  You can see it's recognized Autumn many times and every picture, to the Nest system, is a different person.
