Nest doorbell keeps going offline.

My doorbell keeps going offline. I then go through the process of resetting the doorbell / switching off the power. It will come back for 5 mins and then go offline again. Does anyone have any thoughts on what to do here?

Check the signal, good money that it's on the fritz.  You may need to move the router / wifi point a bit closer, change wireless channels, etc.  Mine did that with my last wifi system, when I switch to a nest wifi system with the points, it stayed solid.

Hi - unfortunately we’re still having issues. 
 
I checked the power source and reset, after which it worked temporarily with some in and out of online /offline but now it’s offline. 
 
I tried changing the channel of Wi-Fi only to end up impacting the signal received so went back to previous settings. 
 
It has been on the blink really since we got new Wi-Fi.

Like I said before, it sounds like a signal issue.  Can you try either moving you wifi router closer to the unit, or perhaps a wifi extender might be a good option.
