The aluminum backplate that attaches to my brand new nest hello doorbell is broken and the top tab appears to be damage. The doorbell itself it not held securely, so I need to get a replacement. I can find anywhere that this can be ordered? Can anyone direct me to how to resolve? This is a brand new unit, which has been installed for less than two weeks.
