I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. When did it start happening? Do you have an Activity zone set up on your camera? Have you tried turning off and on all your event settings to see if that helps? Once done, restart the camera to refresh the connection. Check out this link for additional help.
