Battery Cam Won't connect

Hi all,

I recently purchased a battery nest cam (indoor/outdoor) and go through all the setup prompts as guided through the home app (we already use a nest mini and chromcast through this app without issue). The camera gets to the connecting device and won't connect, I've tried on both bandwidths, resetting router, camera and phone without any luck. I've tried locating all items close and far throughout the home without any luck also. Not sure where to go from here?

I had to disconnect my Nest Smoke detector and let it try connecting to my camera before I could finally get it to connect to my WiFi. Do you have other Nest products?

No other products outside of a chromecast and nest mini. Removed both from the app and disconnected, still not having any luck
