Battery depleted offline hw to charge

Looked on camera it said offline bcuz of battery took It inside and tried to charge but I can't tell if it is charging

The small LED status light on the Google Nest Camera (Battery) is supposed to pulse white when it's charging and be solid white when it's charged:
