Is my doorbell defective? It keeps going offline. I've worked through all the help and support fixes and nothing works. When I'm out it seems to come back online.
I appear to be one of many people that are having these issues. I've left feedback, surely they know there's and issue... Were is the fix!
I must admit, I am disappointed with Google's products. I bought 6 devices and I am very underwhelmed. They all seem very glitchy.

Hi Brad,
Unfortunately not. I rang the help line and spoke to an advisor, who talked me through a full reset and reinstall. This worked for just under 2days, again it's gone offline. I've reset my router, check WiFi signal strength, which is good, but it keeps going offline.
Any ideas?
