I’ve had this nest cam ~2 years and about a week ago the video suddenly stopped streaming. The camera is listed as on in my home but says "Camera unavailable - Couldn't reach this camera." I have tried:
1) unplugging and plugging back in
2) resetting the camera
3) deleting it from my home and adding it again
4) uninstalling and reinstalling the home app
none of these things have worked. My app is up to date. The green light is on indicating the camera is on but the video is not available. How do I fix this?

I had this happened. I ended up powering off my Cable modem and WIFI router and when they came back up my camera worked fine.
The other thing you might try is on your computer go to HOME.GOOGLE.COM and log in with the same id and password that you use the Google Home app and see if you can see the camera working there.
