I prefer it when you click on an email alert, he would open up in the app. I wouldn’t mind so much if it opens in the browser, as long as the browser wasn’t being stupid, and insisting, it was not supported.
Anyone seen anything like this and how to fix it?
Thank you very much for your attention and help

Have you recently changed your default browser on your iPhone to Chrome? Try changing it back to Safari.
In my experience, this particular functionality (i,.e., launching the link in the app directly) doesn't seem to work all that well if your default browser isn't Safari.

Oh my gosh, that worked. I changed default back to Safari although it had been Chrome for years and now switched to safari it’s working again.
So bizarre. The Google owns Chrome and Nest and there’s a glitch lol million thanks because that was driving me crazy.

No problem at all. I have this same experience every now and then with a variety of different apps unfortunately!
