My nest camera disconnected from Wi-Fi and I need help reconnecting it remotely. Wi-Fi is up and working however the camera won’t reconnect. This a vacation home so I’m not at the home to go through the set up process. Is there a way to do this remotely? Thanks.

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I wanted to make sure that your concern was acknowledged. I am very sorry, but there is no such option for Remote restart with any of the cams and doorbells. You will need to restart the device, or Factory reset it in person. I apologize for the inconvenience!
