Brand new nest wired doorbell

We just bought the nest wired doorbell and had it installed. We would like notifications on two phones.  We successfully installed on one phone but having difficulty getting the other family member installed properly.  The one phone that was installed properly said I can invite the other family member. I did that but the other family member did not receive an invite. Every time the other family member installs it keeps saying that you have to disconnect the original person.  HELP.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. If this is your account, and your camera, then you will need to get it installed first on your phone. There is another process with some steps when adding someone to your Home/Structure, which can be found here.
