Hello, about 10 days ago the notification preview video I used to get on my Samsung no longer shows the short video, just says the camera saw something. I then have to go to the nest app and look there for what was seen. The preview on my home/lock screen was very helpful and a time saver, having to go to the feed every time for each camera reduces the functionality of this app. I have tried restarting the phone amd cameras, uninstalling/reinstalling the app, checked all settings and it's not helping. This worked for years and now it's broken, Google/nest never answered my help question. Is there a fix or will there be one?

A few questions: Did you not receive any push or email notifications? Have you checked your spam folder? Has anything changed in your environment? Is the airplane or do not disturb mode turned off or on? Lastly, did the customer try to use a different mobile device?
