The Nest doorbell live video is working on my phone, I am the main account holder. I invited a family member to the account, they successfully accepted the invitation and the doorbell is set up, however, the camera says it is unavailable. Why is it working on my phone and not his?
His phone is on the same wifi as the camera, it is an Iphone, but an older model.

It might be a problem if your family member's iPhone is old enough so that it cannot run the current version of the Google Home app.
Also, I've seen other customers report other family members being unable to access cameras, with no clear explanation. Maybe it will resolve itself.

Hi there,
Just checking in to see how the conversation is going. User @MplsCustomer's information, they shared, is definitely something to look into. It is definitely possible that your partner's app version is older because it cannot update to the latest update. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
Best regards,
Brad
