Camera doesn't notice activity

One of my cameras won't notice activity. Cars and people come in driveway and up to door and I get no notifications. I can watch it happening live and it doesn't even show up in the history. It's like the person was never there. Makes the camera useless unless you watch it live 24/7. How do I fix?

No one has answered the question. I can watch my camera live so I know it's working and online, but for instance, a delivery truck just pulled in within camera view, driver got out and walked up sidewalk to front door within feet of camera and then walked back and left. I got no notifications and it doesn't show up on the activity log. Like it never even happened. Good thing he wasn't robbing the place because Nest cams wouldn't notice.

Oh no! Let's see what's going on with your Nest camera. Do you have an active Nest Aware subscription? Is this issue constant or intermittent? Also, do you have an activity zone set up? Keep us posted.
