Camera goes offline

I have 2 cameras, both are exterior. One in the front and the other in back. Running on same wifi. Lately the front camera has been going offline. I swamped the devices out, but still front location goes offline. But back door camera online. What's creating this issue?

@TLB1

If both cameras go offline at your front location but stay online at your back door location, your Wi-Fi signal strength may not be strong enough at your front location.

Hey folks,

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. A few questions: how far is your camera from your Wi-Fi router? Did you make any changes to your Wi-Fi settings? Also, are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera?

You can check out this link on how to Troubleshoot offline Nest camera or doorbell.

I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.

Thanks,

Archie
