I purchased a device from Google that adheres to a window and provides a holder for the camera to view outside. It works great in the daytime but at night all I see is a reflection of the camera I do not see a way to fix this in the help library! I does anybody have any suggestions? Here’s what I see:

I'm surprised Google would sell a device like that. What you're seeing is the reflection on the window glass of the camera's high-power infrared light that goes on with night vision. That happens when you mount the camera in front of a window. You could turn off night vision and hope there's enough light outside to get a decent view.
Google Nest itself says:
"Night Vision video quality can be affected by internet speed and other issues. But, most Night Vision specific issues are caused by your camera’s infrared light that reflects off a surface near your camera, like a shelf, window, window screen, or wall."

Hey there,
Sdawgone, I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Could you try changing the position of the camera to ensure the entire front of the camera is unobstructed. Move the camera to another room or area. If the issue persists, gather another screenshot for comparison to the original. For Nest Doorbell (wired), ensure that you use the provided 15 degree wedge to angle the camera away from the object that causes the reflection.
I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.
Thanks,
Archie
