I got my Google nest cameras setup a few weeks ago. The nofications were all coming through fine. I then got a new phone. I'm not getting notifications on that phone and they've now stopped on my old phone. I've gone into settings, apps and made sure notifications are allowed for Home and also turned push notifications on for each camera in the app and set events to notify. The camera is still recording as it should but I'm not getting the notifications ony phone. Have also restarted both phones. Any ideas?

Hiya push notifications is set and the home app has been set in settings to allow notifications. They were working for a bit and then stopped but started again on my old phone. I'm wondering if it's not sure what to do with 2 phones attached to the home app? It seems to work on one phone or other which varys which one

Thanks for replying and trying the steps I sent you. Could you tell me what kind of phone you have? And I recommend you check the notification permissions on your phone to see if they're enabled. You can find these permissions in your phone's settings.

Yes nofications enabled in settings for the home app. Samsung galaxy a15. The notifications started working again for a bit, then stopped again.
