Camera views on my iPad

Have 2 outdoor cameras, but can no longer view images from either on my iPad.

We'll, a couple things. 

Are you using the NEST app with the older generation cameras or are you using the Google Home app with the new cameras?

Next are you able to view the images on other devices such as an iPhone or a computer?

Lastly, make sure on the iPads you have the newest version of the app.  The only way to do this is to go to the App store and searcher the app. Once you find the app it with either say OPEN which means you are all up to date or it will say "UPDATE" which you should do.
