Cameras Not Recording events

i have 3 outdoor battery nest cameras and all of the sudden the events stopped recording on all cameras except the ring doorbell.  All the other cameras might record one event every 4 or 5 days but that is it.  I have troubleshot this issue a ton and ever was on chat with support for a couple hours with no luck.  I get asked the same questions over and over and give the same answers...it doesn't work.  All the camera app setting are fine and they used to work fine for the fist year or so.  I believe my subscription is still active so that can't be the issue,  Like i mentioned, they record every 5 days or so  but just one event.  I even went as far as to remove some of them and re-install with the same luck. Could someone please help my get this rectified?  Any help is appreciated,  Thanks

If you go to the Subscription Management page below, does your Nest Aware subscription show as active?

If your subscription is not active, you only get event video history for events within the last 3 hours for the battery cameras:

https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/13318581

By "ring doorbell" do you mean the Ring Video Doorbell made by Ring? If so, that is covered by Ring's camera plans.
