Can I get yesterdays video without the subscription?

My home was burglarized. I need footage from Thursday 4pm cst to 8pm if this is possible I really need your help

I am afraid we cannot help you with your request on this community forum.

Not sure if these videos are stored without a subscription, I am afraid these are only kept for 24 hours.

The best thing you can do is reach out to Nest support.

If you have the 30-day free Nest Aware trial subscription, you have event video history for 30 days for events detected by the camera.

If you have no Nest Aware subscription at all, the newer Google Nest cameras and doorbells (those that work ONLY in the Google Home app) have free event video history for the most recent 3 hours. The older Google Nest cameras and doorbells save snapshots for the most recent 3 hours:

A Nest Aware (event video history) or Nest Aware Plus (24/7 recording plus event video history) starts saving history when you purchase the subscription; they cannot provide history prior to that.
