Can’t add second camera to my current subscription

I purchased a second indoor nest camera and foolishly migrated my nest account to Google. Now I can’t add my second camera to the subscription. Get to confirm payment and it says request failed. Tried 3 different cards. So my second camera just does live feed but I need it to record 5 days like my first camera. Spent a week on phone and chat to Google but just gone round in circles. No help at all.

Thank you. After about 7 days I was able to add my second camera to my nest account. I have no idea if this was as a result of all my calls to Google or whether it just that it took a week for my account to be fully migrated from Nest to Google.

I have the same problem.  Saw other thread on the same topic but no response. Common Nest!  I also have Ring cameras and services, but it a breeze to add new camera and other devices to existing account...
