Help! I have had the Nest Doorbell camera for almost 2 years. It used to work fine but now when someone rings the doorbell I'm notified but the screen just shows up black and will not show me who's at the door nor will it allow me to communicate with them. I have to exit out of the app and re-open it. From there I have to go to live stream to communicate with them. By then it's typically a minute or so that has passed so I've missed a lot of important appointments. For instance, when my pest control guy comes out he rings the doorbell to tell me what he's doing that day. Sometimes I need to communicate through the doorbell so I can give him specific instructions. By the time I'm able to see him, he's already walked away.
