Replacements for Dropcams

I migrated to Google account last week and spoke to an agent who told me to expect and email to replace my 2 old dropcams with new free ones. I have not received any communication. How can I get some help getting this going.

Outdoor Nest Camera Will Not Charge

Nest doorbell warranty claim - no response

I filled in the form for a warranty claim on August 11th and August 19th but have not had any response. The page said that an email had been sent, but I didn't get a case ID or anything else. It's been a month - do I just need to keep waiting?
