Can't install camera

Changed wifi and trying to reinstall my cameras. I couldn't install one of my wired indoor camera. The camera can't read the qr code and the entry key is blurred. I can only read the first two out of the six digits. We threw the box away long time ago. Is there any other way to install?

You need that info for the install. Either the QR code or the entry/setup key.

I called support and I was able to install without the qr code or key. Plugged the USB to a computer and installed using windows install software
