Can't pull up video in iOS Google Home app or in web browser

Hi, I am beyond frustrated trying to get my Nest Cam Indoor Outdoor (battery) to work - I can see small thumbnails of video events in the iOS Google Home app, but it won't open the video clips or allow me to see live video.

Even worse, in the Google Home web browser it doesn't even show the camera as an option.

I purchases the Nest Aware subscription but it's effectively worthless right now without being able to access the video. 

My older Nest camera migrated without a problem, but this new camera has been really challenging and I can't find solutions to this online.

That's peculiar.  We've had a battery camera since Sept. 2021--plugged in with the optional power cable and with a Nest Aware Plus subscription--and it's been live ever since, and. is accessible on the home.google.com website.  When you go to the website, are you logged into Google with the same Google Account you use in the Google Home app, and accessing the same Google Nest "home/structure"?

Perhaps you should try contacting Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
