Hello,
I'm trying to add my Nest Doorbell (wired) as a new device to my home but it just isn't working! It has been professionally installed by an electrician who has checked his wiring twice, I have a compatible chime and the correct voltage transformer.
No blue light comes up, no yellow light comes up and it won't connect when I scan the QR code (I've tried the code on the back too).
Does anyone have any clue what I can do?

Did your electrician also install the "chime connector puck" to your doorbell chime?

Yeah that has been installed too.
