My father tried to sign into his Nest account on his iOS device and was unable as it kept saying his login was invalid but it was not. Doing forgot password was useless as it never sent the code to reset the password.
So we decided to setup a new google account and add the cameras on. But being the cameras are on his old account which we cannot get too, how can we reset the cameras to add back on his new account.
If anyone has any idea on how to reset the cameras for his new account, please let me know.
Or how to get a forgotten password. Which seems to happen to a few other users.

The most likely reason for being unable to log in and being unable to get a password reset email sent to you is inadvertently trying to log in with an incorrect email address, one that is not in Google Nest's database.
If you can't make that work, then you'll need to do factory reset on the cameras and doorbells: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162
Unfortunately, on some older 1st gen cameras, there is no factory reset button; they can only be factory reset by removing them from the Google Nest app. Since you can't do that, you may have to wait up to 60 days for your father's previous Nest Aware subscription to expire:

(I'm just another Google Nest customer.)
Or you could try contacting Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
4. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
5. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
