Cannot connect second account to home

I have followed instructions in the forums for resolving the inability to add a second person to the home. I cannot get my wife to see the cameras. They show offline for her and online for me. I attempted to migrate her account, but she never had a nest account. Any help would be appreciated. 
I have two thermostats and 3 Cameras all show offline for her and online for me. We are both on iOS.

Hi Brandon,  Does she have a gmail account?    I'm pretty sure that ever since the migration from Nest to Google they only support Gmail accounts.   But I'm not 100% on that.  

She does have a Gmail account and that is the one I am attempting to connect. It states that the account or password are incorrect and I know both are correct.

Hmmmmm, that is strange.  I think for this one you need to contact Google support and have an actual Google tech figure this out.  Here is the  link to open a support ticket.   Good luck and if they fix it please return here and let us know what the problem was and how it was resolved.  I see other people on this forum with the same issue but I don't see anyone that says how they resolved it.
