Cannot logon to Nest camera using Goggle login. WTH??

This is a repeating theme. The Nest cameras themselves are working well for the last year, but logins are  difficult or impossible to do on Firefox apparently. Not only does Nest not allow me to login using Goggle, but it keeps looping back to the Goggle login without offering any second factor of identification.  I have little cellular signal where I live and I have to rely on a PC browser. What gives??
