Hello. I'm trying to connect my camera to my new wifi network. If I go on the Google Home app and try to remove it, it tells me to go to the nest app. When I go to the nest app to try and remove it or install it as new it tells me it's connected to another account. This is true because it's connected to my account. but, I cannot remove it from my account as neither app provides me with the option to do so. I've also tried resetting it using the paperclip trick and now it just flashes blue. I'm figuring it just needs to be reinstalled but without being able to remove it, I can't even do that! I've scoured the forums and done many searches to no avail. Oh community experts, is there any hope? Thanks in advance!

I’m having the same issue. I just updated my wifi and can’t seem to connect with the camera and the door bell. Help!

Hey folks,
Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that. When you reset your camera to its default settings, your camera will show offline on the app and you need to remove it. Could you try clearing the cache of your Nest app or Google Home app on your phone settings, then force close it? If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the app to make sure it's up-to-date. Let us know how it goes.
