Cannot save a new clip

I’m trying to save a clip and keep getting an error that it can’t save more than 3 hours.   I selected delete all video history (which sucks because previously you could delete individual clips).     

After doing this, it STILL won’t allow me to save an important video clip!!!!    Can someone from nest or Google please help as this is needed for my mom’s nurses!!!!!!

I press "Create Clip", sliders appear, but can not adjust either of them.  I've done this a million times!   I am assuming there is a technical issue going on?

Hi folks,

 

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to know that you can't create a video clips for more than 3 hours. You can save up to 3 hours of video clips in the Nest app. If a clip is too big to be saved in the remaining storage, the app will tell you that you’re out of storage space. You’ll have to download and delete clips to make room before you can save a new clip.

Yes I still need help.   I did delete all the clips and still getting an error not allowing me to save any new clips.    I need this solved asap given it’s for my mom’s care where she is!!!!     Why can’t anyone from Nest/Google actually help here??!!!!
