Cant connect nest doorbell to my home app

cant add the new nest doorbell to the app, tried two diffrent phones as well as factory reset on the doorbell, any ideas? No errorcode, only ”something went wrong message”

Hello there, 

 

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. Is your Nest Hello associated with a different account? What sort of messages, or errors are you getting when you try to setup the Google Home app? Is your device in range of your wifi? The closer you are to your wifi router the better connection you have, and this could improve your chances of getting it installed finally. Please let me know if you need anything further.

I cant add the new nest doorbell to the Iphones google home app. tried two diffrent iphones as well as reset of the doorbell, any ideas? No errorcode, only ”something went wrong message”

I did the same with a Android phone and all went just fine. 

What am I doing wrong with the iPhones? it works when I do the exact same installation steps on my android phone.

I added the nest doorbell first on my android phone. 

Pls assist 🙏
