I have installed a camera in another country and this morning nest asked me to sign up I forgot password so I changed now I cant get in, see or hear anything.
Can I talk to someone or is only this way to communicate

When you say "I changed", did you sign in with a different account? If so, then you would have no access to the Google Nest devices attached to your previous account.

I'm jumping in to ensure everything is good here. Have you seen MplsCustomer’s response? Are you using another account to access your Nest device? Is it through the Nest app or the Google Home app? Have you tried reaching out to Google support?
Let us know what type of Nest camera you have so we could take a closer look at them.
