Finally got Nest Yale Lock paired with my phone and after changing the password, I’m getting “product is offline” message and can’t use new password. (Passwords MUST be changed frequently). Checked Nest Connect and shows online through tests. Removed batteries from door, replaced and still same offline message. What else can I do? Please help! Thanks. ☺️
