Has anyone actually had there issue resolved from customer service/engineering team.
Seems like im just getting the run around. We keep emailing back and forth for days and instead of asking several questions at once they keep asking for screen shots of this and that. Most information has already been given to them. So we are just repeating the same info. Its like there hoping ill just give up and drop it.

No. They need to immediately acknowledge the issue whereby all cameras turn black and display a spinning circle in the upper left after trying to view historical video. It’s been over a week with no help.

I have a open ticket for this issue was well as it affects OPS. I am not seeing this issue on the web or on Android

What is OPS? Did you have to go through all the troubleshooting with them before they would open a ticket?

Sorry. Typo. iOS. I have gone through very basic troubleshooting with tier 1. They know this is on their end.

I spent an hour trouble shooting then went to the engineering team. They also had me remove a gen 1 camera knowing there is a glitch where they can't be added back to the home app. So I'm actually worse off than when I called.

Looks like its time to scrap this system and move onto something else they emailed again this time new person who wants the same info ive already given twice. They just dont want to be responsible for equipment that was in place before the buy out/take over.
