I purchased 2 boxes of 3 cameras late last year, have got around to installing them and neither box has the secure loops inside. ok, get online and get google to ring me to register the lack of parts and twice now the call has gone through ok, get to the we are connecting you and it comes up with sorry we cant connect you try again another time. Tried chat and have now No 1 in que for over 1hr. WT_????

Dont expect anything to happen. Ive had issues for over a year and nothing has ever been done just lies upon lies from google.
