Door bell peeling

Hello , I had the issue with the doorbell peeling , spoke to somebody 3-4 months ago , issue the shipping label and I’m still waiting for my replacement , I have called many times and still waiting for another department to confirm that you guys have my doorbell , im completely devastated of the way google has handle the situation , for the size of company that you are , im still without my original doorbell and no replacement for my front door ,  I have too many nest products already at this point , but is this is the way you handle customer services , im not sure if I should stay
