Hi,
I’ve had the iqcam installed and working for a couple of years. It’s recently been turning off and won’t restart without bring back inside and running through the full installation process. I’ve brought the camera inside and run through the process of wiping the data and reconnecting- occasionally it works but only after trying 4-5x which is time consuming/ v frustrating. We don’t have issues with Wi-Fi or the power supply to the camera.

Thanks for visiting the Community. I’m sorry to hear that and for the delayed response. No worries, we’ll get this sorted. When did the issue start? What’s the status light of your Nest IQ camera? Do you have the Nest IQ Outdoor or Nest IQ Indoor camera? Also, how far is the camera from the router?
